You are offered with Purchase Option: at any time during selected validity, you will be allowed to activate it through B2B Online Portal - E3 Trust will credit your ECOPOWER MasterCard or selected provider of products or services with Net Present Value of undertaken investments, without any surrender charges, and your loyalty will generate additional funds for your purchases - in addition to gained purchasing funds, yours ECOPOWER MasterCard secures 10% discount on your purchases done via B2B Online Portal;
If you don’t activate Purchase Option during validity of Advanced Purchase Agreement, you will receive back your payments, and achieved benefits: return on investments of your payments through E3 Trust;

Undertaken energy projects are managed by Special Purpose Vehicles (SPV) structured as Cyprus International Holding Company. SPV offers Preferential Shares to investors, under terms and conditions defined by Shareholders Agreement (general frame):
Preferential Shares are offered for minimum consideration of 10,000 EUR, Minimum dividend return offered to shareholder of Preferential Shares is 12%: dividends are payable and distributed from the second year after signing of Shareholders Agreement;
Association intents to list WATE projects among regulated stock exchange markets in EU: Alternative Investment Market of London Stock Exchange and Cyprus Stock Exchange, latest on 31st of December 2020 - Shareholders are offered with conversion of their Preferential Shares shares into class of shares that will be listed, so they will make their individual decisions when to exit from the shareholding;
The said general frame qualifies investment in Preferential Shares as the efficient alternative to real estate investment with objective to gain rental income:
Energy Projects are asset backed projects: land, premises and equipment constitutes solid assets that could secure paid consideration for shares in the worst cases scenarios: Preferential Shares grants preferential rights in the case of liquidation and sale of assets;
