
POLYENERGO is the building material designed as the efficient alternatives to cement and gypsum boards, based on PLC (polystyrene light concrete).
The innovative approach is in manufacturing design that delivers boards from PLC mixture. The aforesaid approach has been registered as intellectual property classified as industrial design, and POLYENERGO is registered trade mark.
POLYENERGO Boards are implemented in the same way as cement or gypsum boards, but they provide the highest level of thermal and acoustic insulation, longer life time, easier to manipulate, cut / install and more flexibility in respect of combining with other materials and technologies – i.e. POLYENERGO boards are the basis for POLYENERGO panels (there are two designed panels, with different energy efficiency), that could be developed into an attractive EU product particularly due to the energy efficiency (EE) improvements and advantages in comparison with existing materials used on buildings (in accordance with one of EU strategic goals: to increase dramatically the energy efficiency of buildings by 2020 (see http://ec.europa.eu/energy/efficiency/eed/eed_en.htm).
